Barnebad: I have a 5x8 multiswitch, with four coaxes coming from the dish and one from the ota antenna. And there is also a coax connection to the power supply from the multiswitch.

Since ota signals were also affected, I would assume the problem would have to be in the multiswitch. One thing I will check is the coax between the multiswitch and the power supply. Maybe the connectors have to loosened and then tightened again to remove any corrosion, etc. I won't check...

Hope This Helps Subtract your skew reading you get from the settings Directv gives you from 180. That will be the correct skew. I have a Gainmaster dish and I got a reading of 56 which I subtracted from 180 and got 124. Just a different way of expressing the same thing.
