I was under the impression the D* didnt have this channel and E* did. I went to the univision deportes channel and it seems the opposite. Looked on DTV channel line-up and the channel was right there. Did dish network lose this channel, and when did DTV get it.

It is the HD pack. Just like dish tv it isnt listed on any of their packages because it is an a la carte channel HR TV is not available with D* but they do have the TVG Interactive HR channel.

How much does an AM21 cost is it not a built in feature of the Genie Box?

Client = using a genie tuner, internet acces, pause live TV HD reciever = own tuner, no interne (unless you have blue ray etc with wifi enabled) no pausing live TV That is why I suggest maybe getting a HR34 HR24 and one client ... it might be like 100 bucks upfront but i cant forsee anything...
