I am watching the live continuous stream on Transponder 11 for the past hour. Its been dropping to zero a few times but only for a split second.

you will probably have to go through the sat set up again - when you set it up it probably did not see the 103b location and gave a failed message. that should work for you.

On your H20 are you waiting long enough on the test, the H20/H21 are VERY slow showing readings on the Ka satellites?

You need the 5LNB dish and a H20/HR20 MPEG4 Ka/Ku receiver in order to see 99 and 103.
