Potential returning customer with DVR questions.

Hi,
I hope this is the right forum...

I cancelled Dish in Dec. 2004 when I moved from CA to TX, and am considering signing back up again.

I have a few questions:
1. Will I be able to use the DishPlayer 7200 I still have? Dish sent me a yellow smartcard for it in december 2004 that I never plugged in.
2. If the DP7200 will work, will Dish charge me for the DVR functions of the 7200?
3. Has anyone had experience with the OTA Antenna/Tuner for the 942 pulling in the OTA HDTV stations in Austin, TX?
4. How does the 942 connect to "TV2"? I have the idea to use the 942 in my home theater upstairs (TV1 output in HDTV), and use TV2 output to our living room tv (not HD). However, the living room TV is downstairs and about 200 feet away.

I've been trying to use TimeWarnerCable for HDTV, but there is just SO MUCH macroblocking and loss of audio it's unwatchable!

1)yes, but you will need the yellow card.
