I agree with the other poster, the installer should be fired for his
incompetent work. In regards to the time being off, the receiver has an old
firmware. When you go to bed tonight, use the remote control and press the
SAT button. It will put the receiver in sleep mode and during the night it
will download an update that correct's that problem.

Subject: [VOOM] Wrong local stations on my reciver.
Some one please help me. I got voom hooked up on Sat.( installer was
awful.)When he left he said my local channels would come in later, I'm
still waiting. My prob. is my rec. is showing local channals for
Medford Oragan not B'ham Al. voom does not seem to understand. By the
way I am not picking up the stations just the call letters. My clock is
also showing Pacific time. Can anyone help me.
