Caller ID is a serivce that you may get through your local phone company. Everytime you call the persons number will appear. As for Voom, there is a function you can turn on and it will appear on your TV screen in the upper left hand corner. You need to hit the voom button, than green button, and choose "quick settings", on than you can choose on/off on the caller ID function. You must have caller ID through your phone company in order to get this to work on Voom stb.
