With the transition, I now get WNYT on three different frequencies 12,28, 38. All 3 report themselves in the PSIP data as channel 13. 12 is located northwest and of course VHF, while 28 is south and 38 northeast of course on UHF. I have a seperate VHF and UHF antena. Both are typically pointed north west. I did a rescan and WYNT 13.1 showed signal strength of 85 on my dish receiver, but 13.2 and 13.3 showed signal strength of 69. I moved my UFH antenna to the south and the .2 and .3 frequency strengths increased. .1 did not change. I then deleted .1 .2 .3 and an tuned into 12. The signal strength was then 85 on all three subchannels.

My receiver was tuning 13.1 on VHF 12 and 13.2 and 13.3 on UHF 28
