D* HD Satellite position

I have E* now but can't see the 129 satellite for local HD networks. I can see the 110 and 119 sats fine. Where is the D* satellite for local network HD broadcasts? My OTA reception is poor. Help!

All new (33 channels and counting) HD is on 103. The 9 legacy HD channels and Sunday Ticket are on 101, 110, and 119.

I think most/all of the local HD's are on 99

As opposed to 103b which has the new HD nationals.

You must see 101 for account authorization 99% of SD channels. The older HD channels are on 110/119. HD locals and new HD nationals are/will be on the 4 satellites 99 a/b 103 a/b.

All Atlanta HD locals are on Spaceway 1 @ 103a. Plus the other sats are 99, 101, 110,119, 103b. With D* you will only need one dish to receive everything!! Plus the reception is great!
