Hi everyone! 10 days from now I will be signing up for Dish Network. Our local satellite people (Satellite Central) is offering us AT100 DVR Advantage deal with locals for 39$ + $10 for HD. Also, we would get $120 in programming credits if we joined. Is there any deal like this if we signed up directly with Dish, also? Any way to order this through them and save a bit more? We want to keep it around $50 a month as we are paying that now with cable, but they do not offer the HD that Dish does!

Thank you. Is there a way to get an emailed receipt or login to the Dish Network website after I order through a partner? Anything like that?
Im not sure if it can be done before you install but all you need is your 18 digit account number and phone number you used to activate the account(your number)
If you have the account number, all you need to do is call dish and tell them you would like to confirm what your promotion is, and what your monthly rate is. Dont forget dual tunner receivers require the phone line or else you get charged 5 dllrs more.

With the VIP722, we can connect it to our linux router (WRT54G) which is connected to a DSL modem, correct? As long as it goes online, right?
Wow i read through that deal sounds great, I have a few questions i hope someone can help me figure out, first I have all the dish equipment i was signed up with skyangel but paying dishnetwork the $5 a month for my PVR can i still get this deal as a new subscriber? if i can does it work with the family plan? can i get that 722 DVR??

The reason why Marketing Guru comes up is because they do around 40,000 new installations per month, and with that type of volume your gonna have people complain they where lied to. As far as Dishnow I could not tell you.

I just went on Dishnetworks website and they let me check out with this promotion using the family plan.
Correct, not all sales partners are bad. Ive come across good ones. I never once did I get any complaints about DishStore at all. Congrats !
