How do I switch TV2 back to TV1 ?

My dish receiver, I believe is a 222 (at work now) is
stuck on the TV2 tuner. I only watch it on one tv, the
other tv that it was hooked to is no longer hooked up
No it suddenly switched to TV2 tuner and I can't figure
out how to get it back. I switched to the TV2 remote but
it is not programmed for the tv volume etc..

Check the connections in the back. It's possible someone hooked up the composite cable to the TV2 output instead of TV1 and you switched inputs on your TV. When you get home if you could specify the way your TV is hooked up to the receiver it can help us out greatly in providing you with an answer that will work in your situation. Since you only have one TV hooked up at the moment, a good temporary solution would be to put the 222 in single mode (Press the "MODE" button inside the front right panel) This will make TV1 & TV2 exactly the same, and either will respond to either remote.

Tuner1 is aways outputed to TV1. SWAP changes Tuner2 to Tuner1.
Are you in Single mode watching TV1 and remote2 works and remote1 does not?

You can try reseting I.R. Remote1 address

I.R. Remote1 or U.H.F. Remote2
Press and Hold SAT Mode button till it lights flash
Press (any number 1 to 16)
Press #
Press record

If the ViP 222 is set up like the ViP 622 open the door and to the right of the power button is a mode button...
