4:2:0 and 4:2:2 ?

This might be a stupid question, but is there a receiver available that can receive both 4:2:0 and 4:2:2?

I have a Fortec Star Lifetime Ultra, and can only get 4:2:0. I'd like to upgrade to something with PVR, and if possible, I want to be able to get both.

On that note, what is a good receiver that has PVR, and where would you recommend looking for one?

Only receiver affordable is the QualiTV, it does 4:2:0 & 4:2:2 in both SD & HD.
It does not have / do PVR, 8PSK or DVB-S2.
Nothing affordable that does it all.

Unless you are rich, then a nice commercial receiver will do it admirably, but not user friendly...
