Minimum hardware for client to stream 4:2:2 HD from E2

I'm able to successfully stream 4:2:2 HD feeds from my Edison OS Mio to PC and my smartphone but thus far haven't found any streamer which is capable and that includes latest the latest AppleTV 4K, FireTV 4k, nVidia ShieldTV, and GoogleTV 4k streamers over wired ethernet connection. I'm considering setting up a mini PC to run CoreELEC as client to playback 4:2:2 HD streams but just curious if anyone might be aware of minimum hardware requirements.

Correction: mini PC or chromebox would be running LibreElec, CoreElec for Amlogic
