Minimum hardware for client to stream 4:2:2 HD from E2

I'm able to successfully stream 4:2:2 HD feeds from my Edison OS Mio to PC and my smartphone but thus far haven't found any streamer which is capable and that includes latest the latest AppleTV 4K, FireTV 4k, nVidia ShieldTV, and GoogleTV 4k streamers over wired ethernet connection. I'm considering setting up a mini PC to run LibreELEC as client to playback 4:2:2 HD streams but just curious if anyone might be aware of minimum hardware requirements.

I can currently stream to my Chromebox (i7-10510U CPU @ 1.80GHz) running windows so another one of those is always an option.

Up until last year, used an old dual core i5 PC running Win 8 and VLC. Also have used an old Android tablet with MX Player or VLC. Als long as you have the codec, no major horsepower to playout the stream.
