When I try to play a movie I get this message.

Directv2PC cannot display this video because your graphics card does not currently support screen capture protection for protected content. Try updating your graphics card driver or modify your driver settings.

Anyone ? thanks

Sounds like you have a old outdated video card in your computer, you need to either get a newer driver from the manufactor or replace it with a new one.

I get the same message. If you use a laptop and get this message you're pretty much out of luck.

Here is what I get as of yesturday.

I don't get it and I guess I need to know how to fix this.

Tam, if your D2PC software doesn't find a server your HR2x isn't connecting to the router or something network related. Does it connect ok when you test it in the network menu of the setup screen?

You mean the play back advisor?

I have had no problems with direct2pc playing till this weekend then it gave me this screen.

I had to reset my DVR tonight because my recordings would not play and now all is working even the Direct2pc, go figure something easy after all the stuff I have tried to get this to work again after it stopped working. LOL I 'm running the one from directv.com and I also tried the pre-beta but nothing was working until now and now all is fine.

Thanks for your help Jason.
