I just landed about 20 minutes ago in Denver for this years Dish Network Team Summit event in Denver and already info is starting to come in. I am being told by various sources that SPEED HD, FX HD, MavTV HD and Fashion TV HD will launch this week on Dish Network!

Again consider this a rumor until you see the channels yourself. But I consider these sources EXCELLENT.

This sounds great but who will have qccess. Those of us with only HD are shut out in over half new subs.

I hope this is true!!! Rescue Me and Sons of Anarchy would look GREAT in HD!! However, I'm not going to hold my breath on this one, as I'm sure (given past track record) I'd probably die!

Those are my biggies too, but even FIOS doesn't have those yet. (Or Viacom either...it's amazing, because they are over 100 true HD channels in some areas, yet still missing some major ones.)
 
This would be great for me! Been waiting for SpeedHD.

Scott when you are visiting the uplink center be sure to flip the switch for us :)

Oh please, every episode of Sons of Anarchy on FX-HD was in full HD.

The Speed fans are desperate for Speed-HD, they must be incredibly uninformed if none of the races are in HD ?

PS If anyone's wives read Vogue or In Style , then they will want FashionTV-HD... for the programming earlier in the day...
