Are you saying that Brady's career is going downhill ?
I think you have some explain'in to do if thats the case, unless your talkin about something else.
I said they appear to be going in opposite directions (Manning up, Brady down) at the moment - as in, look at what Peyton is doing in this year's playoffs vs what Brady did... look at how their respective teams seem to be going (I don't see the Patriots returning to the "glory days" anytime soon), etc. I'm not saying Brady's not still a great QB, but it is starting to look like his career could be headed downhill, if for no other reason than that the team around him has some rebuilding to do.
Will he ever win another Super Bowl? Possibly. Will they ever get back to where they were a few years ago where you pretty much penciled them in for the AFC Championship every year? I don't think so.
Anyway, all I was trying to say is that Brady's career is in a worse place now than it was a few years ago, while Manning's is in a better one - hence, they're going in different directions. Don't think anyone could argue with that at this point...
