Chad : Fox Soccer Channel HD, Sportsman HD, Hallmark Channel HD, IndiePlex HD and RetroPlex HD, which are only available on DISH Network, as well as truTV HD, E! HD, BBC America HD and SHOWTIME® (West) HD.

(04-03rf) Ronald W. R5N: Your patience is greatly appreciated.
(04-03rf) Ronald W. R5N: just about done, I apologize about the wait
Chad : It's ok.
(04-03rf) Ronald W. R5N: ok it looks like those channels do not come on the 61.5 satellite, unfortunately you will have to call in and ask for the ERT department to get a wing dish
Chad : ok? so I would have three dishes on my roof then?
(04-03rf) Ronald W. R5N: you already have 2 now?
: yes one for 110 and 119 and the other for 61.5
(04-03rf) Ronald W. R5N: oh ok well in that case we will just have to set you up with a service call to realign your dish to be pointed at the 129 satellite as well
Chad : ok. will this be free of charge then? and will i lose any of my programming that i have now?
(04-03rf) Ronald W. R5N: there will be a 95 dollar charge for this
Chad : but i do pay to recieve these channels why should i have to pay?
(04-03rf) Ronald W. R5N: I apologize, since you do not have the service plan there is a standard 95 dollar charge for a tech to come out
Chad : no thank you.
(04-03rf) Ronald W. R5N: Is there anything else I can assist you with today?
Chad: will these be available on the 61.5?

So the tech couldn't just take care of it, "have to call in" BS

This upgrade should be free, not even a $15.00 charge!!

Of the current sat AT 61.5. Study up!!!

You need to study up! Scott says he's hearing signs that they'll NEVER put new national HD on 61.5 even with a new satellite. If that's the case, they should be obligated to put all their 110/119/61.5 subscribers onto Eastern Arc for free!

Must be their way of saying thank you for the new 2 year i just signed up for last month. lol

Why couldn't you place all three of your posts into one? Oh well, they don't make that much sense any way.
I am sure that this is not a popular opinion here, but in Dish Network's defense, we have been clamoring for new HD for months, finally they launch some. Now we are bitching. Granted if I could not get the new HD I would bitch too, and they should have had some contingency plan in place for when or if something with the 61.5 bird happened, however they are adding HD unlike their competitor.
