Trouble with DISH site

Lat few weeks when I try to log into the DISH site my browser freezes. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling java, Any ideas?

is it IE 8? I'm running almost the same set up and just logged in fine. Only difference I'm using the 32 bit version of Win 7 Pro.
