Trouble with DISH site

Lat few weeks when I try to log into the DISH site my browser freezes. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling java, Any ideas?

Well, like, what browser? FF and IE been fine for me.

IE, win 7 64 bit using 32 bit ie

is it IE 8? I'm running almost the same set up and just logged in fine. Only difference I'm using the 32 bit version of Win 7 Pro.
