Cavs win the Draft Lottery.

Two words: Derrick Williams.

That's the guy they should take, IMO.

If he slips to #4...too risky at #1 I think. I'll be stunned if they don't take Irving.

I'm psyched things went our way tonight. :D

GOOD FOR CLEVELAND!!!

The trade with the Clip joints turned out to be fantastic! Now they certainly won't mind putting up with Baron Davis and his ridiculous contract for a year, in exchange for a number one draft choice.

The basketball Gods turned their attention North for a change!

A #1 overall, AND Baron Davis for Mo Williams and Jamario Moon?! Genius! Absolutely genius!!

Here's what's not so genius...even though a lot of you guys said it was at the time...

The Nets have now traded two number three draft picks (Derrick Favors last year and now this year's #3 overall pick), AND Devin Harris to Utah for Deron Williams.

I like Williams, but if Williams ultimately signs with the Nets...that's still not a good trade. If he only plays one more year here, THIS TRADE IS A DISASTER!

This is what I was trying to say at the time. Not it's more clear.

Um, WOW! Talk about sour grapes.....

Wolves General Manager David Kahn-
"This league has a habit, and I am just going to say habit, of producing some pretty incredible story lines," Kahn said. "Last year it was Abe Pollin's widow and this year it was a 14-year-old boy and the only thing we have in common is we have both been bar mitzvahed. We were done. I told Kevin: 'We're toast.' This is not happening for us and I was right."
