Temporarily put a Universal or regular circular lnb on your dish and your signal and quality bars will go through the roof (perhaps even too strong). These are the scrambled channels. Then swap back to your C band lnb to do your mini-budding. My first choice for aligning the dish would be a Universal lnb set to 11898 R SR 20000 because tp 13 has a weaker signal making it easier for you to tweek your dish to prepare it for C-band. You will be quite surprised with the results if you follow my recommendation exactly as I have written them.
