No DVDs by Mail for me

I upgraded to BMP on Sunday, But due to a IT problem the system won't let them mail out DVDs to me. They hope to have it fixed by "the end of next week":( They said they are getting lots of calls from people with the same issue.

I have the same issue and I was previous BB mail customer.

Have you linked the accounts yet? Is the email address on the Blockbuster account and the Dish network account the same? If you are still having an issue, please send me a PM with your account information and I will assist you! Thank you!
 
Had same problem despite linking accounts & plenty of titles in queue. Called BB CS twice last week.
TODAY (1 week after signing up) the first DVD has finally been mailed!
