If you get one by mail, then when done, say if you return in store to exchange for another one.
Does that one has to be in your queue already or any available DVD in the store?

When you're done with the one from the store, do you have to return the same one in store or by mail?

You do not have to exchange on one that is in your queue when you do the in-store exchange. If you do exchange on a title in your queue, you can set it to automatically remove that movie from your queue so it isn't shipped again later...or you can ask it to prompt you each time whether or not to delete from your queue.

Yes, you have to return the in-store exchange back to the same store you got it from since it is part of their inventory. Once that is logged in, you will be shipped your next disc by mail...which can then be exchanged in-store, then by mail, in store, etc.

I was told last night I could not exchange my mailer for games. This really pisses me off considering all 8 games i have in my queue are listed as "very long wait".

Our local Blockbuster store closed down a couple of months ago, nearest store is 30 miles away.. not worth the drive

I have a ?.....i had a mailer Friday went to store and got one that had no due date took it back on Sunday and got a different one from store and this one has a due date for next day ask about it and was told that only if you return mailer for exchange then you have no due date but if you return store dvd for another store dvd then you will have a due date. If you have BBMP then you should never have a due date.... right?

You can only exchange the mailer for a free in-store disc once. The second disc you got was not an exchange as part of the BBMP program...it was simply a rental from your local store. You get a mailer, exchange that one in store, return that in-store exchange, wait on another mailed disc...and repeat the process. You can't keep exchanging in store without waiting on the mailer. If you want unlimited in-store exchanges the stores do have a plan for that...different from the by mail service.

Well I have no idea how you pulled that off...employee error maybe? But that rental is most definitely not part of the BBMP program as you can't do what you described on that plan, plus the BBMP rentals do not have due dates. I'm leaning toward employee error on this one.
