Can anyone tell me if the Eagle Aspen 5x4 S-4140-GX is compatible with fta or not?

Two six foot fixed prime focus dishes with either the 741 standard or the 242 duel polarity lnb's with ota antenna going to 4 receivers,most likely need four diplexers in there as well.

yes they are. Its a powered switch so you do need to plug it in to make that work
