OK, I'll bite. It seems to be that we've had a real surge in interest and posts since good word on the Hopper came out. Now, maybe things are settling down a bit. Am I correct? Did the site see an increase in traffic and posts? Purty Please?

Yup it did...
Things seemed to slow back down to normal on Thursday of last week. I expect it to pick up again as we get closer to the release of Hopper.
No other site will have more information about Hopper then right here...
I am just hoping we can keep the information flowing without every thread turning into a Hopper Pricing discussion.
