Peyton Manning

Well...Flynn is a Seahawk.

What a disasterous off season this has been for the Dolphins. It went from "suck for Luck"..and the screwed that up ... to trying and failing to put a package together to land RG3.. being favored to land Manning, to ANOTHER off-the-field incident for Brandon Marshall..then he gets traded....Manning saying he wanted NOTHING TO DO with the Dolphins..to having Flynn sign with Seattle.

There are gonna be ALOT of seats disguised as fans...wow!
they deserve was coming to them.

Geesh what are the Dolphin owners thinking?Maybe they can try to draft a decent prospect or bring in an old vet but thats not gonna help them much this yr.

IF Manning DOES sign with the 49ers, ALL the pressure AND the media attention in the Bay area would completely fall on them and NOT on the Raiders!

Hmmm, the Raiders have always been that second team across the bay. :)

Not sure what to make of Flynn, but Seahawks needed a QB

Don't think they'll be able to fill all of their needs in this draft.especially at Qb :/

Rey, it wouldn't shocked me if they reached for Tannehill at #8.

When Sparano lost his job, Jeff Ireland should of followed him out the door.

Tannehill may be their best option at least draft wise. The only other hope they have is if whatever team ends up with Manning would be willing to trade the current QB to them.If Manning goes to the Titans the Dolphins would be smart to try and trade for Locker.

completely agree!!! And yes I guess they should go for that Qb in the draft.amazing how his value is going up. He really shouldn't go at #8 but what you gonna do....

But those teams don't have good Qbs on their roster right now. I think tannehill will be our best shot. They should do this even if they make the mistake of signing Alex smith

The Titans would probably ask too much for Locker but imho he could be a great QB.Certainly better than Smith and right now he is better than Tannehill.

I guess that the Seahawks signing Flynn makes Tavaris Jackson available. Isn't Vince Young a free agent? Head case or not,he's still a decent QB. It looks more like the Dolphins are stuck with Matt moore as their starting QB(which may turn out to be a pleasant surprise for them) & much to John Elway's chagrin,Tim Tebow still as the Broncos' starting QB.

I guess the Broncos are putting all their eggs in the Peyton Manning basket, they have a lot of cap room and haven't done anything with it so far.

EDIT: Per Mort and Schefter Manning is going to Denver.

Believe it or not the rumor is that the Broncos are trying to trade Tebow to New England.

Now, where will Tebow end up, and will the relationship turn so sour that they could have to just release him if they don't get any quality trade partners?

Jacksonville makes the most sense, because he will fill seats. But, I think Miami will make a run because they have an attendance problem, also.

But as much as I love Tebow for what he did for my university, his time as a franchise quarterback probably lasted 10 games.

damn. that means smith will go back to the 49ers screwing us over EVEN more :haha

Yep...

How about this: Multiple sources tell me that the only way Alex Smith is going to sign with the Dolphins is if Peyton Manning goes to San Francisco.
That's right, even the jilted 49'ers quarterback would prefer to return to the team that jilted him over the Dolphins organization that on Sunday tried to recruit him to Miami. Smith's camp has made this clear to the Dolphins.
I suppose that is one reason they are today scheduled to host former Jacksonville quarterback David Garrard -- a quarterback that obviously does not rise to "franchise quarterback" status but is, well, a body.
