Crazy game, ain't it? Now that the Angels are hitting the cover off of the baseball, their pitching is in the toilet! Nonetheleess, it's refreshing to see the hits and runs piling up again.
Red Sox starter (for now) Daniel Bard was working on a one-hitter when they pulled him.
Bard just got sent down to Pawtucket AAA. Dice-K is pitching there tonight but will be limited to three innings, to make him available to start for Boston versus Washington this Saturday.

Dice-K only lasted 1.1 innings...40 pitches, 22 for strikes, so not much has changed....
