Pulled the trigger today and have a few questions

I am a 15 year Dish customer. I am looking into Directv. I want an HR 24 and two HR 25's. About three weeks ago I was on D*'s website. Those two hr 25's were at no charge. Now the same set up is $298 at time of install.
Their website clearly states "no equipment to buy".. No asterisks. No fine print.
Ok, what gives?
Which promo would you folks choose. The one now where all Choice Ultimate gets me $45 off per month the first year, $20 off per month off in year 2, free NFL ST for ONE season, HBO included..OR Wait until July 19th for the NFL ST promo to kick in, in which case NFL ST must be purchased and so on.
I would pull the trigger now if I did not have to spend any money up front.

That would be 2 H25's, not HR25's, there are no HR25's.
I would opt for 3 HR24's as your already paying for the DVR fee when you sign up for one, doesn't cost anymore monthly to have them all recorders.

what's an H24? PLease excuse the misnaming of the receiver.
You would NOT get a whole home DVR?

You get all HR24s which let you record. You also get MRV

Still would cost me $298 at signup.....
First DVR is free. $99 for the second and $198 for the third.
Given the fact that Dish gives away their equipment, this price is more than over the top.

are these receivers capable of allowing recording on one channel while watching another( dual tuner)?
Also in order to realize all features, does EACH receiver have to be connected to the internet via hard wire? Or if one is connected to my broadband do the others recognize and use the connection?
Are these receivers wireless router capable?

here is now the equipment numbering/lettering is
D is a SD receiver (D12)
H is a HD receiver (H24, H25 etc)...H21,22,23,24 are pretty much the same. H25 is tiny
HR is a HD DVR...HR21,22,23,24...HR24 is the best of the bunch there
HR34 is the Home Media Center (HR34 aka the 5 tuner model)

Unlike Dish there is no price difference regardless of what you get for extra receivers. So if you got a HR34 and 4 H25's (HD receiver) or a HR34 and 4 HR24's (HD DVR) its still $6 extra per receiver. One time $8 DVR fee
