UP 3d (us version) is up for Pre-order on Amazon.com. It and and Finding Nemo 3d have a Dec 4 release date.

Also a $8 coupon for Finding Nemo on Amazon if you order soon.

They sure are adding some titles to pre-order early.

Disney has added a bunch of new titles and has coupons for many. That includes a coupons for the Avengers 3d. Also coupons for non-3d movies, Pocahontas/Pocahontas II, The Rescuers/The Rescuers Down Under,The Aristocats, and Lady and the Tramp II.
 
Ebert's review of the Prometheus is up. Not only does he like it, he found the 3d sane and effective.
 
First 1950's movie announced for 3d Blu-ray

DIAL M FOR MURDER. Alfred Hitchcock's only movie done in 3D. We mentioned this on another thread.

How can it be in today's 3D? Didn't you have to use the old glasses, red/blue?
 
Most likely digital processing using pristine left and right film prints. Unless they threw those away, no reason they'd have to start with a red/blue anaglyph print.
 
None of the 1950's 3d movies were red/blue anaglyph. The were all Polaroid based. And some of them, such as Dial M for Murder have been shown as such at regular revivals. At least as recently 2011 it was shown as such in NYC.
