Hopper guide update stuck at 95%?

Gets to 95% after a reboot in under 30s, but has been stuck at 95% for about 15 minutes since then, is this normal? I've rebooted the box twice. Just got it installed Friday.

Hopper can take up to 48 hours 0r more to "settle in". Give it til tomorrow after tonight's update.

A reboot is the only thing that fixes that bug. After the reboot you should no longer see the status bar.

He said he rebooted twice!

Having installed/witnessed the installation of five different Hoppers in my home I assure you that the status bar will not show up after a reboot @ the 95% bug. All have exhibited the exact same behavior (both models too.)

The first reboot should do the trick. If he keeps rebooting then the status bar might show up again.

So you get the status bar after every reboot? I just noticed that you're the same guy that has the signal loss on tuner 3 in the other thread. That would be where your problem lies, most likely.

Just started working with a Dish support rep on the official forum about 10 mins ago.
