Guide info provided by TV Guide and not Tribune?

I noticed that the TV Guide logo is right beside the font that says Guide when you pull up the guide info. This might have been there for a while, but I never noticed it before. I would assume that means the guide info is provided by TV Guide. I'm not sure where TV Guide obtains their info from but I do know in the past the info provided by Tribune was often incorrect, esp when it comes to episode numbers. I seem to notice less issues with the TV Guide provided info so I figured they must not be using the Tribune info anymore. Just curious if anyone knew.

It's still tribune. There was a lawsuit many years ago about the display format, etc.

If you press the Info button, it still says Tribune at the bottom of the screen.

Or perhaps avaricious executives- the lawyers are just doing their bidding.
