Watchespn access on my LG G2

Do you have Dish as an option on the provider list? I still don't see it.

How did you get Dish to show up there? - I can't do it.

I don't have Dish as an option for my provider.

I have no idea how I got it to show up there. It wasn't there a month ago, today it is. If I hover over the arrow to the right of it, it asks me if I want to log out of my Comcast account, which I certainly don't have.

This is odd indeed. Like many others though, I'll take it as a positive sign that maybe good things are in the works "soon".

FWIW, the ESPN app has a feedback feature built in - I used it to ask (and push a bit) for the definitive answers. Got an immediate auto-reply saying further information would be sent - and - the phone number to call. Stay tuned.

Still does not show Dish as a provider on my Nexus 7 android tablet (or my laptop) although most major cable companies are listed.

I called Dish CS about this issue about 3 weeks ago, and they said someone would call me back within 72 hours with an answer, but never happened. I then sent an email last week to ceo@dishnetwork.com, but no response there either.

For those who have it are blackouts an issue or are the same games that are available on ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPNU on Dish also available on the Watch ESPN app. A friend with Charter says no problem there.

When I downloaded it to my galaxy note 2 it never asked me for log in information where as the ipad it did...not sure why it did this...I just clicked on Miami nc St baseball game on espn3 and it is in rain delay...can't answer the blackout ? though right now

Got a reply from ESPN referring me to this press release:

http://espnmediazone.com/us/press-r...undbreaking-long-term-wide-ranging-agreement/

It does appear that streaming (including, ESPN 3) will be available directly thru Dish. Obviously, any time frame there will be @ Dish's discretion but I fired off another email as to when we will be added to the Watch ESPN app's approved provider list.

Scott April Fools Day!

I'm trusting "the gut", Scott is generally spot-on about this stuff. I've read that ESPN press release backwards & forward even, printing it out. Unless I cannot understand plain English, we will have full access to all the affected content across all platforms including, both home and mobile devices. Sounds very positive for ESPN (and other) streaming content to actually be viewable through TV monitor (which I'm guessing to be accomplished though an app) as well as by various mobile devices. No implementation dates mentioned by any of the parties so Scott's information is good as anybody's.

Enjoyed today's cricket T20 WC coverage on espn3. Waiting for tomorrow's game now. Somehow on android phone watchespn is able to use dish account to login. Interesting.
