EA/WA question

I have seen that some local markets such as Charleston and Augusta Georgia are moving to the Eastern Arc. I am in the Columbia South Carolina DMA and I am curious if my installed tomorrow will be Eastern Arc or Western arc install? Just kind of curious. Was one of those questions did I did not think to ask last night when placing my order for dish. Thanks in advance!

Probably EA, I would bet . I am in the Birmingham market, and my install was EA.
What kind of setup are you getting?

Columbia SC has HD locals on EA and SD locals on WA.

I doubt that the sales CSR would even know (nor is there any reason for them to).

Whatever's on the tech's work order will be the long term solution. They wouldn't put a dish on the work order that wouldn't provide you with HD locals if, in fact, they are available to you on a different arc.

Correct. I'm guessing the poster doesn't realize his HD locals are only on the EA.
