On HWS - just noticed channel 407 missing from guide. Manually tuned to it & there it was - coming in on channel 9559, BBGL. Changes going on??

It sound like you may need to re-download your guide info. The best way to ensure your guide is downloaded is to preform a Check Switch Test. Once the test is finished, press the LIVE TV button on your remote and the Hopper will reset and download your guide.
Are you using a Fsvorites List? You may need to add those channels to it.

OK, don't beat me up. Between being a bit tired & my wife fondling the remote - channel guide was set to HD channels.
Except your wallet or your best friend, which ever is more important to you.Never begrudge a wife fondling anything!
