Elementary

I thought all the whispering was to keep the drones from hearing... Really this show has resorted to tiny killer robots? I think I will go to the end of the season, and if the finale really does not excite me it is time to move on...

Also it seems like they read some of the lines after the shoot the scenes. The lips do not necessarily seem to follow the words spoken. Perhaps it is editing afterwards, but there does seem to be instances where the lips say something different.

Did anyone catch how the housekeeper, Mrs. Hudson, was written into this past episode?

That caught me by surprise, I didn´t expect to see her back, I think we first (and last) saw her on that episode when the roads were closed due to snow storm. But on this episode she barely had the chance to speak, now I wonder how come she was back at Sherlock´s home ? Did Mycroft (still can´t believe that name) invite her/him ?

As opposed to Sherlock?
She was there cleaning when Mycroft showed up and he invited her im to stay for dinner. As far as her part in the storyline .:D

Yep, unlike the Basil Rathbone classics this Mrs. Hudson is practically non-existent. Also, this Mycroft characters has got to go...annoying and adds nothing to the show.

LOL, I wouldn´t mind him disappearing, I hope they would have spared me the scene with him and Watson between the sheets.

Yeah, I can't see Watson hooking-up with anyone named Mycroft. Plus, this iteration of Holmes is really starting to annoy me...he's just too 'aloof' for my tastes. I guess he's almost as bad as the playboy Robert Downey Jr. type on the big screen. IMO, Basil Rathbone was the perfect Sherlock Holmes because he struck a perfect blend of geek, detective and had a lot of charisma while running his business affairs.

I think I will put the season on probation next year (record but not watch weekly), and see if I should just delete the timer.

Did anyone else have to raise the volume to understand the dialog? Looks like Mycroft is out of the weekly series so maybe we will see some improvement in the programs.

Yep, I knew he was whispering again with Watson, I was listening with headphones and even so I noted there were some scenes in which I had to raise the volume, I´m glad Mycroft is out of the picture ;)

The season finale of Elementary garnered a series low 1.4, down 7 percent from last week's 1.5 adults 18-49 rating and down 30 percent from a 2.0 for the previous season finale

Johnny Lee Miller is becoming increasingly hard to understand, mostly because of speaking too fast. I found myself doing what I do with most British shows, turned on CC.
And, a very lackluster finale.
