Titan TV Android App

It says there is a Titan TV android app, but for the life of me, i cannot find it. It seems to be offline on the play.google ??? Did they pull it? Does it no longer exist?

I follow the link on titantv.com to the app on google play and it says item not found. A search on google play turns up nothing.

I have an Android 4.1 Netbook, and can get TitanTV.com on the web browser.
