El Rey Network added to Dish

I'm not seeing El Rey in my DishAnywhere Guide. It goes from channel 242 to channel 270. I have AT200.
I see it between 251 CTRC and 254 Logo, on both ARC's, Top250. Are you not seeing Nuvo either at 243 or Ovation at 245? You should be.

No, I'm not.

Something is seriously messed up with my DishAnywhere guide. 140-ESPN isn't even showing...it goes from 139 to 141.

I hardly ever use the guide on DishAnywhere, so I never noticed before. Usually I'm in my daily schedule and my recordings checking and resolving conflicts

When I first saw this post I took no notice because I assumed from the name that it was a Spanish language station. Checked it out yesterday. They had a Shaw brothers Kung Fu marathon. And they are celebrating (their words) Black History Month by showing a number of Balxploitation movies. This is way cool. I’d be willing to pay for a version without the commercials.

Pretty good channel, wish it was in HD even with bars. Should have gone to OTA, why pay to watch commercials?

Cine Latino is better, more eye candy even though I don't understand a thing except for the bad words, and the wife always telling me "largate".

this channel should be in HD i know that it is hd according to their wikipedia page.what do you guys think?

I'm guessing small cable providers may offer it HD. Doesn't seem like a deal for HD is in the works until they prove themselves.

I watched some horror flick this afternoon, something about Rats in some future setting. Definitely not award winning, and not even as good as SyFy original movies! I don't think I've seen acting that bad in many years. It was somewhat offset by a little T&A of the full frontal type though!

Enjoyed it - you gotta love Grade C movies!! :)

Turns out this channel is a nice diversion. HD would be nice but one of those channels where it doesn't matter as much for me. (However all channels should be in HD...)

EL Ray definitely NEEDS to be in HD...

The SD picture quality, viewed on my plasma, is sooo soft and blurry, it's actually causing headaches... :(

I'm constantly squinting, to sharpen the picture, to no avail...

Probably the worse "looking" channel on Dish right now...

Blah...
