HR - 44 and client keep losing Internet connections

Every few days they keep getting disconnected from the Internet. Then they will be fine for a few days and then disconnected. Also my channel logos in the banner are missing?

I had this issue also when connected via wifi, I am connected via Ethernet now and haven't had an issue since.

probably what satgirl said. if your router is near one of your recievers, you can buy a BB deca yourself and hook it in. otherwise ask D* to hook you up.
