Hey everyone, I just got a new replacement joey for my bedroom because my old one broke. I've been trying to get it to link with my hopper, but it keeps refusing to. So I found out that I had the coax cot plugged in during the setup wizard, which I shouldn't have. So I tried to restore it to factory settings, but when the 093 warning pops up and I press yes, another screen pops up for a split second, then nothing happen. The joey doesn't reset like it's supposed to. If anyone can help, I thank you.
