Was it posted on your December Bill?

I got my Bill on the 16th and it didn't mention anything about the increase.
This was the only Notes I have on my bill.

I received my bill this morning (23 Dec 2016) by email. The bill creation date on my bill is 12/21/2016. So I guess you would call it my December bill.

You will continue your $12 fee on Hopper, Until you switch to the Hopper 3.
Your pricing is grandfathered unless you take an equipment upgrade.

Don't know if you added another Hopper if it would stay the same or go to $15.
OK, thanks. I am down to 3 HWSs now. And one of them has gone bad. Got a replacement HWS due in today. This is a HWS that I purchased three years ago. If I decide not to activate the replacement HWS and reduce down to two HWSs, will my Hopper fees stay at $12.00 for remaining two HWSs?

I'm almost 100% positive you should remain at $12.

Far as I know its only $15 if you go from a
VIP to a Hopper 1,2,3
or a Hopper 1,2 to a Hopper 3

Certainly I would verify when you do the activation.
I plan on not activating the replacement HWS. I am going to call up DISH and tell them the story and just deactivate the defective HWS and send it back. If I activate the replacement HWS it will cause the new CUI to download. I don't want it till DISH has got it to what they think is completely fixed and they force the the download. Does all this make since or will DISH make me activate the replacement HWS and then deactivate it? I need to ween my self down to two HWSs anyway to get ready for my Hopper 3 upgrade when the new DPH42 switch comes out.

I see no reason you couldn't just send it back.
Or 2 back at the same time.

I don't want to send the replacement back because it is a purchased HWS. The two HWS that will stay operational are leased from DISH HWSs. The fourth HWS that I deactivated several months ago is also a purchased HWS. So I will end up with two good HWSs that are deactivated and not being used. And two leased HWSs that are still on my account and operational. Have I confused you?
