It has been only in the Top 250 so not even available to many customers and likely of that small number not alot were watching. It was a channel among a couple others that made me decide to go to the Top 200 and save $10 - I never was watching it.

I wouldn't be surprised if this is another situation like the recent Esquire Channel removal, also an NBCU channel. DISH got rid of it and then a short time later most everybody else droped it and then, is it still even alive?

The problem with niche channels is the point where they try to go mainstream, or are just bought out by another company with a different direction. They end up with a deminished programming lineup that just can be found anywhere else. That's what happened to Chiller.

Isn't it rumored NBC U is supposed to shut down Cloo as well? I remember reading that a while back, doing a quick search the only thing I could find was a blurb on the Wikipedia page mentioning tomorrow (2/1) as the drop dead date.

NBC is really cleaning up. G4, Universal Sports Network, Esquire and possibly Chiller and Cloo. And it puzzles me why Universal HD is still around. It was a great idea 14 years ago when there were only a half a dozen HD channels. No need for it now.

Not worth it and Top 250 really isn't worth it anymore either.

I seem to be stuck there due to my Smithsonian channel dependence. :( I also like AHC even though it's in picture-framed glorious SD. :crying Isn't NatGeo Wild also only on AT250?
