MLB Extra Innings is Live!

Dish Holds Price For MLB Extra Innings
Dish is now selling the 2017 MLB Extra Innings plan for $165, the same price it offered for the 2016 package of out-of-market games.

DIRECTV recently announced that it has priced the Extra Innings package at $172.74, which is $1.20 off its 2016 price. But Dish is undercutting the DIRECTV price by more than $7.

If you have decent internet $121 with tax for MLBTV or $91 includes tax for single team. Last year I gave up with constant freezing, requested refund and went over to EI but with different internet this year I'm trying streaming again.

MLB.TV was quick on Twitter. They confirmed it's a Dish network issue (after two Dish reps INSISTED it was a MLB issue earlier today.)

I chatted with Dish and they say the connections will work starting 4/2. I advised them that last year the connection worked on 3/16, and I'd be very disappointed if we have to wait two more weeks to miss all of Spring Training. The rep said that if more people want it now, to contact them via chat so they can forward it up the chain.

Full price for mlb.tv is 112.99
I had it the last two years. Its MUCH better than the TV version.
The internet I have here is 60/6. No issues with audio/video quality. And my son is an on line gamer. Still, no issues.

I am unable to authenticate the MLB.tv part. Are you guys getting this same message: Authorization service was not able to complete authorization at this time. Please contact your pay TV provider.

FYI - It's been mentioned in other threads, but I'll put it here too - T-Mobile is giving away MLB.tv for free to their customers.
I had it last season and it was the full feature $112/year service. Able to view on the tv with the MLB.tv app on AppleTV and Roku :)

That's what I discussed up above. Chat with Dish and tell them you want it now. They don't want to do it until April 2nd.

I did speak higher up the first time. Since MLB Extra Innings is an in-season package only, I'm not sure how we can force a credit issue. It's just a benefit that all the other providers offer...
