Finally got Dish installed, got the Hopper 3, 3 4K Joeys, and one wireless Joey.

I got the America's top 200 package. Noticed I was missing the local channels. I signed up over the phone guess they forgot to add that. I was able to do that online. I am missing the Sirius XM channels still. No channels in the 6000 at all. Is this something that takes awhile to show? I tried typing in the channels and can not pull it up either. Hopefully this is part of the America's top 200.

Appreciate any insight.

Sxm channels are part of it they're mapped down to channel 99 in a collapsible menu in the guide for instance the highway is 99-56 same with rsn's on the hopper they are all 412-

Anyway to watch these channels on the Dish anywhere app? It is not in the guide. I know it was mentioned to type in the channel numbers in the app but since they are on the 99 and I dont see an option for the dash.

I agree The Highway is the best.

Just type 9946 for example although I don't know if those channels come in there on the dish anywhere app or not.

Edit. I just looked on mine and no they are not there

On mine just by typing in 099 on the dish anywhere app it does what it does on my hopper and adds a dash

I thought I was missing the rsn's on Monday. I was getting ready to call someone when I noticed the dropdown menu on 412. ;)

I know there was something out there about the SXM channels having DRM issues with being on DA, so that was my first impression. If you got it to work, awesome, but I do remember DIRT mentioning that.

Yep the suggestions of just typing the 99 and keep going with the rest worked great.

However you cannot record Sirius programming due to DRM. That's relatively recent (a couple of years ago at the most) and I'm thrilled to have hundred of hours of some great live performances and my favorite disk jockey's show from the Loft channel - 9930

How long does prime anywhere take to start to work? My installer turned it on yesterday morning. I verified this morning it was still on. There are no programs showing under the DVR menu under PrimeTime Anytime folder.

Am I missing a step somewhere or does it time a few days for the system to start working?

On the Timers menu it is on the top of the list, doesn't have a number. It says
Folder: NoFolder
Protect: Off
Keep: All Events
Created Location: Living Room 1
Date 9/2/2017

On the Primetime settings it has:
PrimeTime Anywhere: On
Channels to record: ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC
Days to Record: All
Keep Recordings: 8 days

The conventional wisdom is it takes up to 3 days for the Hopper to "settle in" and start behaving normally.

Thanks it does have that icon. Hopefully tomorrow morning they will be in that folder.

They should start showing up in the PTAT folder at 7PM Eastern and Pacific tonight as they're recording. (It's 7 on Sundays and 8 on the other days of the week).

The OP did say that the locals were originally missing and he had to add them. That might explain why PTAT skipped the first night, if the locals were not added in time for it to schedule that night's recording. The installer set up PTAT, but did not check to see if the locals were actually in the guide. That seems like a slight oversight, to put it mildly.
