To further this, the Super Bowl will be on Dish via your NBC local channel but will not be on a Dish satellite channel. As has been already posted, NBC will be streaming the game, for free, via NBCSports.com. You may also get it using the NBC app on Roku, AppleTV, Chromecast, or FireTV. The apps may not work because you don’t have locals, but they might if you try.

As has been answered, not unless you have locals. That is just how it is now.
There are of course other ways to watch it.
no it was a question ABOUT the question. Just like your question is not the same thing as the OP posted or I asked.
I don't believe DISH itself ever showed the Superbowl only the locals. They did have a Superbowl channel some years as yet who knows why.
