Disney Plus +

Figured I would pass on a possible scam in regards to this service. Yesterday I got a email saying my account was locked because of suspicious activity and I needed to reset my password, and it gave a link. The email address it came from looked legit, but I never click those links and logged into the app to check. All was good.
Got another identical email a few hours later. Checked again, and once again all is well.

So if you get that email, I’d suggest not clicking that link and check within the app or website itself.

I’m seeing more of the titles(especially early Marvel) coming available on Amazon Prime. I’m watching Thor right now and the options were offered to watch on Prime or Disney plus which I haven’t been able to log into on any device. It would have been in Disney’s best interest and a little foresight to cut a deal with Amazon for a channel. They have less than a week to fix for those of us taking advantage of the preview,or are we being punished for it?

Does anyone else find it annoying that Disney+ lists movies that aren't available yet? The only other subscription service I have is Hulu, but I don't remember them ever doing anything like that. And sometimes the timing doesn't even make sense -- for example, Avengers Endgame is available now but Infinity War isn't available til next summer!

Doesn’t annoy me as I own infinity war through Vudu. But I can’t watch Endgame due to errors? Perhaps Endgame would be a good title for Disney plus.

We have Netflix as well but not a lot interested in watching. I’m much more interested in Disney plus functional for my wife in stage 4 lung cancer who is trying hard to learn new remote operations. Errors aren’t an option for her!

I came home today to my wife making her way to the menu to watch a Disney title she really wanted to watch. If they can’t fix it maybe I need to be the one to let her know to stop trying. Get a hint!

They removed an episode of the Simpsons because Michael Jackson was a voice for one of the characters of that episode.

Also other movies such as Song of the South are missing.

Times have changed, I get it but the history should not be erased.

This politically stuff gets old. Run the material and let the viewer decide. Everything has to be politically correct, family friendly, or whatever.

Netflix still owns the streaming rights to Infinity War. Which is why its not available, and Endgame is.

All of those Netflix rights to marvel shows/movies expire at various points this coming year if I am not mistaken.

The Disney+ warning does help parents make decisions about what they let their kids watch. If anything the Disney+ warning is pretty tame (if not lame) compared to Time Warner's warning:

OK, but is it typical for streaming services to list titles that aren't available at the moment? It just seems dumb to me.
