XFL 2.0 you watching

I don't expect games w/ fans at all this fall. Perhaps a shortened NFL season also, really depends on how training camp goes. None can open unless they all can open.

Wondering if my season tickets will be refunded or deferred. They've delayed the final two payments a couple times, are schedule to come due in June now.

I bet they defer them as much as they can, they really don't want to give peoples money back, as they make money every day from the money you've already given them.

Games even without fans this fall is looking pretty bleak at this point. So many questions....

Would the players, coaches, and staff have to be quarantined from their families?
What about the game officials and other necessary stadium workers?
What if one of these people tests positive while games are being played?

Also I suppose they all would have to wear masks. I want to see what the huddle would be like.:)

Former XFL commissioner Oliver Luck sues owner Vince McMahon for wrongful termination

"According to the complaint, filed last week in U.S. District Court in Connecticut, Luck received a termination letter on April 9 -- a day before McMahon laid off most of the XFL staff and three days before the league filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

Luck "wholly disputes and rejects the allegations set forth in the Termination Letter and contends they are pretextual and devoid of merit," per the complaint."

Luck, who has a law degree but is not a member of any bar, should understand that one of the basic reasons people form corporations is to insulate their personal assets in business ventures.

Bankruptcy courts are usually VERY proactive in preventing people from going around their discharge orders. If it is correct, and I believe it is, that Luck's contract was with a company and not McMahon personally, and the bankruptcy court discharged it, he will be luck to avoid sanctions.

Another entry on his life resume of failures.

Don't think we'll see 3.0 until 2022 at the earliest.

I don't expect it to come back at all.
