Program Guide

My 211 is only showing a couple of hours of program information and then No Info Available. Forcing an information download almost instantly returns receiver to programming and information does not download.

On the System Information Screen page 2 Guide Display: 3 Hour Guide plus Video whereas my 722 which displays the guide says Guide Display: Standard Guide plus video.

Is there a fix for this?

Doing a hard reset, unplugging the receiver - should force a new program guider to d/l, but I'd do a check switch first to make sure you're still receiving all sats with a good signal

Thanks but have done hard reset and all three sats are showing as good on system info. I will try check switch just incase.

Well, suddenly the guide downloaded and everything is normal
