OTHER LNB Type and Frequency

I am trying to confirm the settings for this LNB. This is my first time doing this, so not sure of the type and Frequency. I am trying to use this on a Ku Band Dish, with an Amiko HD-265. Anyone have information on this unit ?

Ku LNB 11.7-12.2 Ghz.
NF (db) .9
Gain (db) 60

Im a NOOB at this, trying to figure out the configuration on Amiko HD-265.
What do I use for the First and second frequency ?

Is there a setting for "Standard Lnb"? Otherwise 10750 would do it.

Just use standard, 10750. One frequency.
