Converting 4:3 SD with lots of old CGI is a very expensive proposition and probably reserved for only the most revered of titles. Ten seasons is also a tall mountain to scale.

The 10 season BD set I bought from Amazon a couple years ago has all the episodes in 16:9 HD and they look and sound terrific.

Was watching "Fire and Water" today (haven't seen it in a very long time) and everytime Daniel or the alien said "Ahma Roka" (or however it's spelled), I kept thinking "Almond Rocha" and would laugh to myself a bit. Wonder if the actors knew or remember "Almond Rocha"?

I can't imagine that anyone over the age of 10 doesn't recognize Almond Roca and at least some of its dozens of related offerings.

It used to be more of a Christmas season thing, sorta like Egg Nog... Each piece of almond roca was wrapped in a gold or silver colored foil-paper wrapper, about an inch-and-half long and flat on each end - kinda like the smallest Lincoln Log used to be (size-wise). Pretty tasty, too.
