I updated my computer to to 2025H2, and ever since then, I have this "visual image search" trying that is slicing up my desktop, and sometimes will bring up Bing with an AI search for the image on the desktop. In the upper right hand corner, I also have a "visual search" option that says "Visual Search to find images." Is there any way to turn this new feature off? I have a lot of desktop icons, and sometimes double clicking on the icons will also get the visual search...

A google search yielded needing to add a new registry entry, but it did not work...

Did you restart after changing the registry entry?

Expect more of this unsolicited dunnage from Microsoft.
I did restart...still doesn't work. There were comments from others saying it isn't working either. This is a ridiculous feature that I am not sure a lot of people want.
